Dear god, I have a suggestion
I hope it’s not unwelcome and,

We don’t talk all that often
But see I’ve been thinking
Even more now since I quit drinking

It’s more complicated than it should be

Between you and me, I think that’s why those Mystics use tarot cards,
Those aren’t my thing, and I’m pretty sure you
Don’t like them either
But you have to admit They’re an easier grasp
Than reading the King James or learning Hebrew
But every little kid enjoys playing a game or puzzle
And as we grow old, even if that playfulness in Us fizzles,
We’re still humans at heart
And that kids inside us too
So maybe that’s our side you should appeal to
Today I’m starting a new journey
And, pardon the expression, but I’m scared as hell
I think im moving the right direction
But it would be wonderful if I could really tell.

I suppose you’re use to that though

So sometimes a simple yes or no
Would be appreciated

If the 8-ball doesn’t feel like the right vessel to use
I bet an etch-a-sketch could be a solid Message tool
Or you could spell it using light brite pegs
Illuminate it in green, blue, and red
I’m just trying to help
And I know your doing the same
But a little clarity, could go a long way
